framed-cap-and-gownThis year’s Preschool Graduation will be held on Monday, June 2nd
from 4:00-5:00 PM. The children will be performing the story The Very
Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. They will also be reciting some poems and
singing some songs. The children moving on to Kindergarten will be receiving diplomas and the other children will be getting certificates. Cake and punch will be served. We hope you can make it!

School Year

newspaperThis edition of the NCCCC newsletter will be our last for the school year. We will also be suspending the sales of Scholastic Books until the fall. We hope you have a wonderful summer!

Sunscreen & Water Bottles

If you have not brought in sunscreen for your child please do so. Forms are available in the office. The days are finally getting warmer. Please remember to apply sunscreen on your child in the morning and we will be happy to apply again after nap. Also make sure your child has a cup for water so they can hydrate on the playground.

Church Summer Suppers

The dates for this year’s Church sponsored Summer Suppers are:

Tuesday, July 15 – Traditional Turkey or Roast Beef Dinner
Tuesday, July 29 – Traditional Turkey or Roast Beef Dinner
Tuesday, August 12 – Lobstah Stew

Don’t heat up your kitchen on those hot summer nights. Sit down or get take out and save yourself the work and worry!


Free Admission at Dennison Pequotsepos Nature Center

Saturday June 7th (Connecticut Trails Day)
Free guided hike (10:00-11:30 AM) easy 3 mile loop around the DPNC trails. Also free pond dipping (1:00-2:30 PM) Fish, turtles, frog’s eggs, there’s lots to find at the pond. Nets and buckets provided.

Saturday, June 14th (State Wide Event)
This one day state wide event is designed to showcase Connecticut’s world of history, art and tourism to CT residents. Free Admission all day.

Sunday, June 15th (Father’s Day)
Free admission all day to fathers and grandfathers.
