Our Teachers

NCCCC is very proud of our teachers. They are mature, responsible and very nurturing. Because we are NAEYC Accredited, 75% of our teachers and 50% of our Assistant teachers are required to either have or be working on a degree in Early Childhood Education. Niantic Community Church Children’s Center (NCCCC) staff are required to have a statement of health from their physician, criminal and DCF background checks. We prefer that all fulltime staff have their First Aid & CPR certificates and Medication Administration Certificate. They are required to have 20 hours per year of continuing education.

 Ceilia Perez

Hello, my name is Cecilia Perez.  I relocated to Connecticut by way of the military.  I’ve lived in the area for 13 years.  My children are adults now and have given me the joy of 3 grandkids.   For the past 7 years I’ve been working with young women and children.  I also once had my own daycare out of my home while living in Norfolk, VA.  I look forward to spending more time with the younger population.  They are the best!
